Societies that dance together are healthier, kinder and more resilient. NLNL is a global dance-in-the-dark movement promoting free expression through dance! When you come to an event, you're joining a worldwide community of humans who share values of fun, wellbeing, inclusivity and non-judgment.

• Dance is for everybody and every BODY! The space is dimly lit for safety while you rock out to classic jams, deep cuts and party hits from all eras and all genres. 
• No Lights No Lycra is a time to dance independently in the company of others – in order for people to lose themselves in the music, it is important to keep talking to a minimum.​
• You're encouraged to move and exercise at your own pace while having fun, promoting a healthy mind and body.
• Phones are NOT permitted in the dance space, so you can be yourself without worrying about being filmed
• Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.
• ​NLNL is a strictly sober event for 18+ adults
• Attendees must use stairs to access the bathrooms*
• Free parking onsite
